THE COMPANY

Objectives:

PLEASURESPORTS (Gambia) Ltd. founded in 1993 endeavours to contribute to the professional sea links, leisure cruises and excursions market within The Gambia and beyond.

It serves individuals, tourist groups and travel organisations within the Atlantic Sea triangle West of the West African Coast, stretching from Senegal, The Gambia, and to Cape Verde Islands as well as neighbouring countries, Guinea Bissau and Mauritania.

In order to contribute to an enlarged program attracting tourists from overseas and within the primary hinterland countries, PLEASURESPORTS intend to offer scheduled services between ports within the Gambia, Senegal, Capo Verde Islands, and Guinea Bissau as well as leisure charters up river and in the coastal areas of the Gambia, Senegal and Guinea Bissau of various themes.

PLEASURESPORTS endeavours to operate contemporary vessels with international look, and corporate identity to underline standard, quality and reliability.

PLEASURESPORTS is fully licensed to act and operate as tour operator in both The Gambia and Senegal and will maintain regular scheduled services across the sea links described above.

PLEASURESPORTS maintains as (only) Gambian maritime operator ISM (Equal ISO rating) approval as of 2003.

PLEASURESPORTS (Gambia) Ltd. has a sister company in Senegal, registered as PLEASURESPORTS SENEGAL Sarl., now fully operative for cruise and cross border operations and PLEASURESPORTS (BISSAU) LTD, soon to become operational.

PLEASURESPORTS vessels are internationally classified.
